For a demo, we ask which system interests you, your name and phone number; email is optional. For a quote, we ask for your name, email and project details; the phone number is optional. We use this information to respond to your request and follow up on the conversation.

Access to requests

Requests are stored in our database and reviewed by authorized team members in a private panel. Do not include passwords, bank details or sensitive information in your message.

WhatsApp conversations

If you contact us through WhatsApp, we store the number and messages needed to answer and follow up on your request. An automated assistant may read the first messages to identify whether you want a demo or a quote; a team member then continues. When configured, the initial analysis uses an external AI provider. Do not send passwords, bank details, or sensitive information through this channel.
